Usage Policy
Guidelines for fair, responsible use of the Grezorea Agents platform and credits.
Acceptable Use
You may use Grezorea Agents to build, deploy, and operate AI agents for legitimate business purposes, such as customer support, sales, operations, scheduling, lead qualification, and appointment booking, all within the limits of your plan and applicable law.
Usage Credits & Billing
Usage is metered through credits or a monthly subscription, depending on your plan. Credits are consumed based on agent activity such as call minutes handled, messages processed, and integrations triggered. You can monitor consumption in real time from your dashboard. Credits do not expire.
Fair Use
Plans are designed around typical usage patterns for businesses of your size. Extreme or automated usage that degrades platform performance for other customers may be subject to rate limits or additional charges. Contact us before running exceptionally high volume campaigns to ensure your plan is appropriately sized.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to: send unsolicited or deceptive communications; engage in fraud, impersonation, or identity theft; scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer platform data or software; build agents that discriminate, harass, or harm end users; or violate our Agent Policy or any applicable law including TCPA, GDPR, FDCPA, or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
Outbound Calling Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws governing outbound calls and messages in your jurisdiction, including obtaining required consents, honouring do-not-call lists, and providing required disclosures. Grezorea provides tools to assist compliance but cannot guarantee it on your behalf.
Data You Connect
You are responsible for having the right to use any data, contact lists, or knowledge bases you connect to your agents. Do not connect data obtained without appropriate consent or that you are not authorised to process.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or limit accounts that violate this policy, pose a security risk, accumulate spam or regulatory complaints, or exceed agreed usage without resolution. We will provide notice where reasonably possible before taking action.
