Agent Policy
The standards every AI agent built on Grezorea is expected to meet.
Responsible Agent Behaviour
Every agent built on Grezorea is expected to operate within the boundaries you configure. That means answering honestly, escalating when uncertain, and never misrepresenting itself as a human unless you have explicitly enabled and disclosed that mode where required by law. Agents must act in accordance with the instructions you provide and the limits set by this policy.
AI Disclosure Requirements
Where applicable law requires disclosure that a user is interacting with an AI agent, including under California's BOT Disclosure Law, the EU AI Act, and equivalent regulations, you are responsible for configuring the appropriate disclosure. Grezorea provides built-in disclosure tools to support compliance. Failure to disclose where required is a violation of this policy.
Guardrails & Escalation
Agents are equipped with configurable guardrails that define what they can and cannot do: what data they can access, which actions require human approval, and when to hand a conversation off to a live person. You must configure escalation paths for scenarios your agent cannot handle safely or appropriately.
Call Recording Consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to record phone conversations under the laws of each relevant jurisdiction (including all-party consent states in the US and equivalent laws elsewhere). Grezorea provides disclosure and recording tools but cannot obtain consent on your behalf.
Monitoring & Human Oversight
You can review transcripts, listen to call recordings, and monitor live conversations at any time. We strongly recommend establishing regular quality review processes to catch and correct unexpected agent behaviour. Maintaining human oversight is both a best practice and, in some regulated industries, a legal requirement.
Prohibited Agent Configurations
Agents may not be configured to: deceive users in harmful ways; engage in harassment, threats, or manipulation; discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics; collect data without appropriate consent; circumvent security systems; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend agents or accounts that violate this policy without notice.
Industry-Specific Requirements
Certain industries, including healthcare, financial services, insurance, and debt collection, impose additional requirements on automated communications. You are responsible for ensuring your agent configurations comply with all industry-specific rules, including HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, FCA, and any equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
Policy Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in agent suspension, account limitation, or termination. Where a violation causes harm to end users or third parties, we reserve the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities and affected parties.
