How Grezorea Agents collects, uses, and protects your data.
Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, company), usage data from your agents (call recordings, transcripts, integration activity, function call logs), and basic technical data (IP address, device type, browser) needed to operate the platform securely and improve performance.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate and improve your agents, provide customer support, send important account and product updates, detect abuse, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
Sharing with Third Parties
We share data only with sub-processors who help us run the platform, such as cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers you select, and communications tools. These sub-processors operate under contracts that require them to protect your data and prohibit use for their own marketing purposes. We publish our current sub-processor list on request.
AI Provider Data Handling
When you configure an agent to use a third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), conversation data is transmitted to that provider under their own data processing terms. Grezorea does not control how those providers handle data once received. Review your chosen provider's privacy policy for details.
Call Recordings & Transcripts
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to your account. You can configure retention periods, enable auto-deletion, or export data at any time from your dashboard. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from callers before recording.
Your Rights & Choices
You can access, update, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. Residents of the EU, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with data rights legislation may submit additional requests to our privacy team. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and the platform functional, and optional analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the product. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner on your first visit or from your browser settings.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account closure, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. You can request immediate deletion by contacting our privacy team.

Changes to This Policy
