Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Grezorea Agents platform.
Using Grezorea Agents
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to operate within these terms, our Usage Policy, and our Agent Policy. You are responsible for the agents you configure and the actions they take on your behalf. Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into binding agreements on behalf of any organisation you represent. Notify us immediately at support@agents.grezorea.com of any unauthorised access.
Billing
Plans are billed via usage credits or a monthly subscription, as selected at sign-up. Charges are based on your actual usage and plan terms, described in full at checkout and in your dashboard. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled from your account settings before the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Grezorea and its licensors own all rights in the platform, its software, design, and underlying technology. Your account data and agent configurations remain yours. By using the platform you grant Grezorea a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Grezorea Agents to engage in spam, harassment, fraud, illegal data collection, impersonation, or any activity prohibited by our Agent Policy or Usage Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without notice where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grezorea's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Availability
We work to keep Grezorea available and performant, but the platform is provided on an as-is basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible and maintain a public status page.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Usage Policy, or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grezorea is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law, with proceedings conducted in English.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
