What is Grezorea Agents?

Grezorea Agents is a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents that handle calls, chats, and workflows for your business. They can replace or augment human teams across sales, support, and operations.

How is this different from hiring human employees?

Instead of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding people, you configure AI agents by setting up profiles, connecting your apps and CLI, and going live in minutes. Agents work around the clock, scale instantly, and can cut operational costs by up to 80%.

Can I choose which AI provider powers my agents?

Yes. You can bring your own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others), or run entirely on Grezorea's own AI using simple usage credits with pay-as-you-go pricing or a flat monthly subscription.

How does pricing and billing work?

You can pay as you go with usage credits, or choose a monthly subscription. Either way, you only pay for what your agents actually do: calls handled, messages processed, and integrations triggered. No minimum commitment on the starter tier.

What can Grezorea agents actually do?

Agents can answer and route calls, qualify leads, book appointments, process payments, update records, monitor conversations live, and connect to your existing CRM, calendar, and business tools through built-in integrations and a CLI.

Is my data safe with Grezorea?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. Access is role-based and audited, and you control retention and deletion. See our Data Policy and Security pages for full details.

Do I need technical skills to set up an agent?

No. Most agents can be configured through guided setup in minutes. For advanced workflows, our CLI and integrations let technical teams customize behavior further without needing to manage infrastructure.

Can I run multiple agents for different departments?

Yes. You can build an entire AI workforce, with separate agents and profiles for sales, customer success, operations, engineering, and more, each configured for its specific role and sharing a common knowledge base if needed.

How fast can I get started?

Most teams go from sign-up to a live agent in under an hour: create a profile, connect your tools, configure behavior, and launch. Our onboarding flow walks you through each step.

How do escalation and human handoff work?

You configure escalation rules for each agent, including which scenarios trigger a handoff, which team member receives it, and how the transcript is passed along. Agents can also transfer live calls with full context.

What compliance regulations do you support?
